Never ending appeal for money for Chinese refugees. This silent movie is pretty much relentless in its begging for money. War pics, quotes from presidents, other people giving, it's all here. They were wanting to help China, because they'd be a great ally to us during and after the war! Gee, that didn't turn out too well, did it?
